Zichi Wang received the PhD degree in information and communication engineering from Shanghai University, China in 2020. He is currently with the School of Communication and Information Engineering, Shanghai University, Shanghai, as an Associate professor. His research interests include steganography, steganalysis, and artificial intelligence security. He has published over 100 papers in these areas. He has served as an invited speaker for several international conferences, including ACMLC 2026, served as a chair of special session for several international conferences, including AAIP 2025, AAIP 2026, and IEEE PRMVAI 2026, and served as a TPC member for several international conferences, including ICECI 2022, AAIP 2025, CCIE 2026, IEEE PRMVAI 2026, ACMLC 2026 and ICITAC 2027.

Gülşen Akman is a Professor and Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Kocaeli University, Türkiye. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and has over twenty-five years of academic and industrial experience in production systems, quality engineering, technology management, artificial intelligence, and decision support systems. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twin technologies, Industry 4.0/5.0, smart manufacturing, digital transformation, sustainable supply chain management, healthcare analytics, technology and innovation management, machine learning, explainable AI, and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). She has published extensively in internationally recognized SCI/SSCI journals and has successfully supervised numerous master's and doctoral theses. Prof. Akman has conducted international research at Pennsylvania State University, USA, and the University of Artois, France. She leads and participates in several national and international research projects, including Erasmus+ initiatives, and collaborates closely with industry in developing AI-based decision-support solutions for manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and maritime systems. She serves as a reviewer for leading international journals and funding agencies and has delivered keynote and invited speeches at international conferences. Her current research focuses on AI- enabled digital twins, intelligent optimization, smart ports, resilient and sustainable industrial systems, explainable artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics for strategic decision-making. Through her interdisciplinary research, she aims to bridge the gap between artificial intelligence technologies and practical industrial applications that support sustainable development and digital transformation.

Nazila Jamshidighadikolaei is a Ph.D. candidate in Civil Engineering at Louisiana Tech University, specializing in structural engineering. Her research interests include structural health monitoring, digital twins, artificial intelligence, finite element modeling, and smart sensing technologies for civil infrastructure. Her current research focuses on integrating computational modeling and data-driven approaches for damage detection and condition assessment of bridge structures.

Quanbo Ge is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST), China. He is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Zhejiang University and a former Visiting Scholar at the University of Minnesota, USA. His research focuses on information fusion, autonomous intelligent unmanned systems, and low-altitude intelligent transportation. He has led more than 30 research projects, including key and general projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 200 papers in leading academic journals and international conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and so on.

Tianhua Qi is currently with the Key Laboratory of Child Development and Learning Science (Ministry of Education), School of Biological Science and Medical Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. His research interests include affective computing, deep learning, and speech processing. He was nominated for the Best Student Paper Shortlist at Interspeech 2025. He has published more than 20 papers in top-tier speech and multimedia journals and international conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing, IEEE Transactions on Audio, Speech and Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, ACM Multimedia, INTERSPEECH, ICASSP, and ICIP. He serves as the General Co-Chair of the 12th ISCA-SAC Doctoral Consortium (Interspeech 2026), an Organizer of the AVI Grand Challenge (ACM MM 2025–2026), and the Data Chair of the AdoDAS Grand Challenge (ACM MM 2026).

Jianxin Li is a Professor of Data-Centric AI and Information Systems and the Deputy Director of the Business Intelligence Lab at Edith Cowan University. His research specialises in data science, artificial intelligence, and information systems, with more than 200 peer-reviewed publications in leading international conferences and journals, including IEEE ICDE and IEEE TKDE. He was named among Australia’s Top 250 Researchers in 2026 by The Australian Research Magazine, listed in the Stanford World’s Top 2% Scientists (2022–), and received the Most Influential Paper of the Last Decade Award in 2025 from the Information Systems Journal. He served as the founding Editor-in-Chief of Array and currently contributes as an Associate Editor for Information Systems, Knowledge-Based Systems, and the World Wide Web Journal.

Abdullah Saad Al-Malaise Al-Ghamdi is a professor of software & systems Engineering and AI. He is currently working as a Director, Arab Open University, Madina Campus, Saudi Arabia. In addition, he is also working in different roles at King Abdulaziz University (KAU), Jeddah International College, University of Business and Technology, and Dar Al-Hekma University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He received his PhD. degree in computer science from George Washington University, USA, in 2003. He has worked as a member of the Scientific Council and as a Secretary General of the Scientific Council at KAU. In addition, he has been involved as an external examiner for several academic programs, and faculty members’ promotion around the world. He has published many papers in high-impact journals, books, and patents. His main research areas are software engineering and systems, artificial intelligence, data analytics, business intelligence, and decision support systems.

Lisa-Dionne Morris is Professor of Public & Industry Understanding of Capability Driven Design in the School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leeds. She is an accomplished design engineer, academic leader and industry strategist with more than 30 years of industry consultancy experience and over 20 years of academic and international engagement. Her work focuses on capability-driven design, human-centred innovation, frugal innovation and the development of solutions that respond to real-world societal needs. She has worked extensively with industry, government, universities and communities across Africa, the Caribbean and Central America. Professor Morris founded the AKTO Virtual Centre of Excellence for Frugal Innovation and Design and the Black Female Academics’ Network (BFAN), supporting inclusive academic development and leadership. She also contributes to international strategic partnerships and serves in advisory and governance roles spanning education, engineering and innovation. Her research and leadership emphasise cocreation, equity, capability and translating interdisciplinary knowledge into practical societal impact.

Hafiz Muhammad Fahad Noman is an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning researcher with expertise in intelligent wireless communication and next-generation 6G networks. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, with a research focus on Artificial Intelligence and Wireless Communication, and has academic backgrounds in Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering. He has more than 10 years of experience in academia and industry. His research interests span Machine Learning, Deep Reinforcement Learning, Federated Learning, intelligent resource optimization, Device-to-Device (D2D) communication, and energy-efficient 6G networks. Dr. Noman has authored and co-authored research articles in leading international journals. His research aims to develop intelligent, autonomous, and sustainable communication systems by integrating advanced AI and machine learning techniques into emerging wireless technologies.
